How To Attract Positive Energy – Powerful Ways!
Your whole life, you constantly have to make decisions. Some of those decisions are hidden deep within your mind and you might not consciously make those decisions.
Those decisions are: anger and peace. You become angry when something goes wrong, you lose money, the internet goes down, you didn’t get your favorite triple cheese pizza with extra cheese (a very serious problem!) and so on.
What makes you peaceful? Listening to your favorite music, going out with your best friends, eating your favorite foods (triple cheese pizza with extra…), reading books… Does any of that make you happy and peaceful?
See, when you do any of those things, you unconsciously decide to be peaceful or angry. What if told you, that you can always choose to be peaceful?
Once you know how to attract positive energy, it will become easier to control anger and shift your thoughts to the positive side.
I won’t lie, it’s practically impossible to never be angry in the modern day life, but you can definitely be more peaceful in many situations where you simply let your mind be taken over by anger.
For example, you let your friend drive your car and he gets into a car accident. At that moment, your subconsciousness decided to be either peaceful or angry. I’m pretty sure you will choose the second option, don’t you think?
You might start to yell at your friend, blame everyone but yourself, assume that you are unlucky and your life sucks and so on. Out of this anger you eat a triple cheese “you know what” and then be sad, because you’re putting on too much weight.
OR, you can CHOOSE to be peaceful in this situation. Why not ask if your friend is alright? What about making sure that nobody got hurt? With a calm and peaceful mind, the situation wouldn’t look as bad compared to an angry mind.
It sounds like an easy decision to make, but in the heat of the moment, you are not thinking about making this decision. You act upon your instincts. It’s rooted deep in your subconscious mind.
That’s why most people will make the wrong decision and become angry in a bad situation. By being angry, you release huge amounts of negative energy and as a result, it reflects onto your life and make things even worse.
When you choose to be peaceful and accept the situation as it is, you send positive energy to everyone and into the universe. When you’re sending positive energy to everyone, it always returns to you.
It sounds very simple, but it’s really hard and takes a lot of practice, so how can you do it?
How To Attract Positive Energy – Change Your Life!
Attracting positive energy becomes quite easy if you practice every day to be more peaceful. Of course, at first, it will be quite hard just like I’ve said.
If you’re not used to making CONSCIOUS decisions to be peaceful at any situation, it will take some time before you can fully develop this habit.
Positivity attracts more positivity just like negativity attracts more negativity. It’s the law of attraction and you must realize that we attract things based on our vibrations.
If you vibrate negative energy, you’re always going to attract negative situations in your life. On the other hand, if you vibrate positive energy, the universe will be in your favor all the time. This way, you will simply attract wonderful things into your life!
To attract positive energy, you must send positive energy to everyone else. Try to always make everyone around you happy. Share your positivity with everyone around you. Help others whenever they ask for help.
Don’t think about personal gains if you’re helping someone out. Always be honest and caring. So, Are you ready to change your vibrations?
There’s quite a few things you can do to become more positive (and attract positive energy):
Meditate To Become Peaceful And Positive!
Meditation might sound like some boring praying method used only by religious people, but I can assure you that you don’t have to be religious for meditation. It’s a practice that anyone can do every day.
Once you start meditating, you will soon realize that meditation is probably the best way to relax and to strengthen your connection to the earth and your spiritual body.
If you have never tried meditating before, try to set a small goal, for the next 21 days (it’s a magical number) meditate at least 15-20 minutes each day. I’m pretty sure when this goal is completed, you will continue meditating, because it’s such an awesome experience!
Some people meditate while listening some mantras like “OM“, however it’s very optional. I personally prefer to meditate in complete silence, I just feel better that way.
But do whatever works best for you! Heck, you can even meditate while eating your favorite food (triple “something” pizza). Okay, that wouldn’t be meditation at this point, but the idea is, get comfortable with the meditation method.
If something doesn’t work for others, it might just work for you! So, experiment with meditation until you find the most comfortable way to do it.
Meditation is a good way to fight negative thoughts, it will help you to see the world in different colors and you will look at every situation in a different way.
You WILL become much more positive if you develop this habit. And what does becoming more positive mean to us? Yes, you got it right… We will attract more positive energy into our lives!
Treat OTHERS The Same Way YOU Want To Be Treated
It’s the law of the universe. You will always be treated the same way you treat others. Sound like a very simple thing, but not a lot of people actually think this way.
Sometimes people create negative energy and bad karma without even thinking about it. An unkind word or a small action that hurts someone, will result in bad karma and negative energy.
When you send negative energy to people around you, they will reflect the same negative energy to you, there won’t be a good outcome here.
So, share your triple cheese pizza (with extra cheese) with everyone around you and everyone will share triple “something” pizzas with you as well! Sounds great, doesn’t it?
Try assuming that everyone around you is just like you. For example, do you like when someone yells at you? I don’t think so… Try to assume that other’s don’t like it either. Instead of yelling, you can find other ways to express yourself.
I have another great example, I think you’re gonna like this one! Do you like when someone completely devours your most delicious pizza, without even asking?
Gosh, I hate when that happens… That’s why I would always ask “can I have a bite?” (or the whole pizza), because I want to make sure if the other person is okay with that.
When it comes to criticizing someone, do it in a constructive way, without screaming in their face… Don’t let your emotions ruin the conversation. Because you wouldn’t like that happening to you, am I right?
Stop Worrying About Your Future So Much
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t think about your future at all, but a lot of people think about their future more than the present. Trust me, that’s not very good for you.
You can’t change the past and you can’t predict the future. Do you remember your childhood? Most likely you told yourself that you’re going to be an astronaut or something like that.
Did you become the person you wanted to be in your childhood? Chances are, you haven’t. But when you were a child, you didn’t worry about it. It was just a happy thought.
When you grow up, that’s when you start worrying about your future. “What if I can’t become this and that?”, “What if my life will become a complete disaster?“, “What If I don’t get to eat my favorite triple cheese pizza with extra cheese at least once a week?“.
See, when you’re worrying about your future, you’re creating negative energy, because it stresses you out, makes you feel bad for what might happen and so on…
But look at it this way, if it hadn’t happened yet, why worry about it? Why stress about it? There’s no logical reason to stress about things that did not even happen yet or might NEVER happen.
You create a big mess in your mind, full of insecurities and destructive thoughts. With this huge negative energy, you will attract even more negativity into your life and make everything worse… Not the smartest way to live, huh?
Try to stay in the present moment, think about the things that you can change right now, do the things that make you happy and simply live your life to the fullest.
If you want a better future, don’t worry about anything that might happen or will happen. Tell yourself that your future will be amazing and awesome in every possible way. Send positive energy into your future.
This way you will attract the perfect future for yourself… Law of attraction, baby!
Energy Is Everywhere
You already know that you can attract energy from people, but did you ever think that you can attract energy from nature? energy is everywhere.
If you feel like you lack energy and you need to “charge your batteries”, go for a walk in a forest or park. Trees, flowers, grass, rivers, mountains, and basically everything has huge amounts of energy.
Try to visualize yourself being connected to your surroundings, imagine that energy flows through your chakras and I can promise that you will feel way better than before.
People often forget the amazing benefits of being in nature, because they live in big cities, breathe toxic air, drink contaminated water, eat junk food, and live in virtual words.
All of these sums up to bad energy that holds you down. So try getting out into nature at least once a week and you will feel amazing!
I get out for a walk in the nature every time I start worrying about something or feel stressed. It refreshes my mind and makes me feel positive again.
It’s a very great way to attract positive energy, but you won’t know until you experience this… So, why are you still here? Get out into the nature! Just don’t take your pizza’s with you, okay?
Try To See Something Positive In Everything!
Your mind is incredibly powerful, so learn how to use it properly. Remember that nothing is entirely bad or good, everything is in balance, but people always see and constantly think only about bad things.
By thinking negatively they make things even worse. You’ll always attract negative things in your life if that’s your focus.
Try to see positive things in everything. Life is beautiful and full of opportunities. Let’s say you got fired from your job, what is the first thought that pops up? “My life sucks“, “I should have been better at my job“. “I’m a looser“, “what I will do without a job“.
Or, another amazing example (you’re going to like this one), let’s say you’ve bought a triple cheese pizza and you left it somewhere for a minute. You come back and see it’s gone now.
What is the first thought that comes to your mind? “Why did I leave her alone“, “What am I going to eat now“, “I can’t live without her“, “She was everything I had“, “I’m gonna punch the person who stole her from me” and so on…
With these kinds of thoughts, you’re simply vibrating negativity into the universe. You are attracting even more bad situations into your life this way.
But you should think about it this way – if you lost your job, you are free to start something new, maybe you didn’t even like your old job, and now you can search for something new.
With the experience you have I’m sure it would be better than before, plus you will learn new things and meet new people.
There are positive things in every situation, but most of the time we fail to see them. Whenever something bad happens, try to be positive in any situation.
You Don’t Have To Control Everything
People (especially men) like to be in charge, to control things. But the problem is, that sometimes it’s better to just stand back and let everything flow without getting involved.
If you always try to control the situation and you honestly think that you are doing the right thing, usually you might do more harm than good.
It will make you feel stressed out and that will result in negative energy. Sometimes it’s better to just peacefully watch the situation.
Another thing that everyone fails to understand, is constant thinking that you have to save something or someone… Everyone wants to be a hero, without really thinking about the possible outcomes of this.
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t help the people around you. I’m saying that you should help ONLY if you know what you’re doing.
If you don’t know anything about cars, you can’t help your friend start a car if he’s having problems, right? Don’t stick your nose into things that you are not good at.
Help others only if you’re pretty sure you can do it. If you’re giving too much all the time, you might just do more harm to yourself.
You might even screw things up for another person by doing something you have no idea about. And you don’t want that negative energy in your life.
If you’re good at eating triple cheese pizzas, then go ahead and help your friend finish his pizza!
A Few Things To Remember
Always be confident and believe in yourself. Don’t ever put anyone else interests ahead of yours. See the world peacefully, don’t interfere in processes that you don’t understand.
Always visualize positive things, and try to think positively in every situation. Don’t let your mind have negative thoughts.
You live in the present, so don’t think too much about your past or future. You can attract tons of energy from nature, but be careful with people, remember that people can reflect negative energy the same way they reflect positive energy.
And my best recommendation for everyone – make meditation a daily habit. There won’t be any negative outcomes from meditation. The hardest part is always the first step.
So take that first step and start meditating. The more you do it, the easier it will get. At the beginning, it’s hard to do it even for 10-15 minutes, but you won’t even notice how fast you can achieve 30-60 minutes of meditation.
You can always start with guided meditation. Here’s a great video you can check out:
